Return Policy
1. Return Period
We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Within this period, you may return eligible items for a refund or store credit.
Please note:

The return shipment must be initiated and sent back within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Be in resellable condition
We cannot accept returns for:

Undergarments or socks
-
Opened or unsealed beauty, skincare, or fragrance products
-
Items marked as Final Sale or non-returnable on the product page, or bundled offers.

Products damaged, altered, or returned in unsellable condition
TIMELESS reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Service team at info@weartimeless.co within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any photos if applicable.

Our team will guide you through the return steps and provide the return address.
Please ensure that the package is securely packed and shipped with a trackable courier service.
We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
4. Shipping Costs (Delivery & Returns)
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, even if the order is returned (In a case of free shipping offers, The shipping cost is 150AED from factory, returning the item would add 150AED, therefore 300AED)

Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs when sending items back to TIMELESS.

We do not offer prepaid labels unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

TIMELESS is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable.
5. Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved returns may be refunded in one of the following ways:
A. Refund to Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Processing time: 7–10 business days after your return has been approved.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount.
B. Refund via TIMELESS Store Credit (Gift Card)

Choose this option to receive a faster refund in the form of store credit.

Store credit is issued within 2–3 business days after approval and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

As a token of appreciation, store credit refunds include a +10% bonus value on the refunded amount.

Original and return shipping charges remain non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@weartimeless.co with photos showing the issue.
Our support team will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for:

A replacement at no cost, or
-
A full refund (including return shipping)
Claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Processing Time
We strive to process all returns promptly.
Once your return has arrived at our facility:

Inspection & approval: within 3–5 business days

Refund processing: within 7–10 business days after approval
You will receive an email notification once your refund or store credit has been issued.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Underwear, socks, or bodywear

Opened or used personal care items
-
Custom or special-order products
-
Items past the 3-day return window
9. Exchanges
TIMELESS does not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order separately.
10. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Outlet are not eligible for refund or return.
This will be clearly indicated on the product page at checkout.
11. Policy Enforcement
TIMELESS reserves the right to refuse or limit future returns for:

Excessive or unreasonable return behavior

Items returned outside of the policy window
-
Products showing signs of wear or damage not reported prior to return
Items deemed non-compliant will be rejected and disposed of responsibly without refund.
